Exchange & Returns Policy

7-Day Easy Exchange
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and a clear photo/video of the issue.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, exchanged items must not show signs of wear.
How It Works
- Message us on flowfashionofficial@gmail.com or 0304 8652200 with your order number and the issue.
- Once approved, we will arrange the exchange shipment.
- A replacement of the same item (subject to stock) will be sent to you.
Refunds
If a replacement is not available, we will offer store credit or a refund via bank transfer/JazzCash/Easypaisa after we receive the returned item.
Sale Items
Items bought on sale are eligible for exchange only in case of damage or defect, not for size or preference changes.
